They are being collected on our Google Business Profile, unedited, and they will appear on this page as they arrive — good ones and bad ones. Until then, the honest answer to "what do people say" is: not enough people have said anything yet.

How we handle reviews

We never write, buy, edit or select reviews. What is published is what was written.
We ask every customer once, after the third visit — not after every clean.
A bad review gets a reply and a phone call, in that order.
If a clean goes wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and redo it before anyone talks about a refund.

If something goes wrong

Call or email us within 48 hours of the visit. We come back and put it right at no charge — that is the deal on every job, not only the move-out cleans.
