Our regular cleaning starts at CHF 41 an hour with 8.1% VAT already included, and falls the more regular the slot is. Move-out cleaning is a flat price by room count, from CHF 549 for a 1–1.5 room flat. Every rate is on the prices page, and none of them changes after you book.
Yes. We carry public liability insurance that covers our staff while they are working in your home or office. If something is damaged during a visit, tell us straight away and it goes through the insurance, not through an argument.
No, and most regular customers are not. You can leave a key with us, and we note in your booking how to get in. Keys are logged, held securely and handed back the day an arrangement ends.
Yes, everything including the vacuum. If you would rather we used your products — a delicate floor, an allergy, a preference for something unscented — leave them out and mention it in the booking notes.
With the booking code from your confirmation. Open the manage page, type the code, and move or cancel the visit. There is no account and no password, and moving a visit is free.
Up to 24 hours before the visit, free. Inside 24 hours we have already paid the cleaner for the slot, so we charge for it — the exact terms are on the terms page.
It applies to move-out cleaning. If the letting agent rejects the flat at the handover on a point of cleaning, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and redo it at no charge. It covers cleaning, not damage or repairs.
Weekends at the standard rate. Outside 07:00–17:00 there is a flat out-of-hours surcharge per visit, which is on the prices page. Offices are often cleaned in the evening or before seven for exactly this reason.
Zurich and the cantons around it — Zug, Aargau, Schwyz, Schaffhausen and Thurgau. The service areas page lists the towns. If you are just outside, ask us: we travel further for regular work than for a one-off.
By invoice, 30 days net, or by card. Business customers get a monthly statement with VAT shown separately. There is nothing to pay when you book.
Yes, on a regular plan. If they are ill or on holiday we send someone from the same team and tell you before they arrive, so you are never surprised at the door.
No account. A regular plan is just a repeating booking — you can pause it, skip a single visit or end it whenever you like, with the same code.
